Just watched your cap. Nice !! James deserves the effusive praise. I think if he can win 2 more rings he may be considered by many the GOAT, except for those with total Jordan blinders on. Agree he is already #2 on Mt Rushmore.

A couple things re MVP. 1) For all of the talk about Westbrook and Harden, I think if you simply ask “who’s better” you’d come up with # 1 LeBron, # 2/3 Leonard / Durant in some order, # 4/5 Harden / Curry in some order. I don’t think anyone would say Westbrook is better than Durant, or that Harden is better than LeBron. 2) The whole “best season” thing doesn’t appeal to me. Don’t all the Jordan worshippers say that it’s insane that Malone or Barkley got an MVP over Jordan knowing what would happen when the Finals came… Read more »

Lebron is amazing. Watching him has been so much fun these playoffs. I’m a big tennis fan and the return and rejuvenation of Roger Federer this year has been incredible as well. Something just so awe-inspiring about masters of their crafts who have immeasurable talent combine it with superior intelligence, unrivaled dedication, and infallible work ethics. I don’t think anyone can stop Lebron. Game 3 is solely a mental challenge for the Cavs. I think they didn’t go as hard these first two games against the Raps as they did last year because their really saving it for elevated determination… Read more »
We’re going to sweep them. I have never seen Lebron this focused, save maybe for game 3 of the 2015 finals. We’re not messing around. We may not blow them out in Toronto, but we will win both games. Tom is onto something about spooky Lebron…he is doing at least three things every game he never used to be able to come up with (mostly timely 3s right now). Yeah, any other player, literally any other, I would have panicked, but I just had a momentary worry with LBJ. Once he sort of walked it off, I knew he was okay. Pretty amazing.
