The Cavs look to rebound from their discombobulated opening game. They face a formidable Chicago team that may prove to be a conference rival for the foreseeable future. David Blatt thought he did a poor job of utilizing his bench in game 1. We’ll see how he and the rest of the team responds tonight. Catch it on ESPN.

The defense by Varejao and Delly this quarter has been phenomenal. Great outlet from Love to LeBron there. You can tell LeBron hasn’t figure out how to pass to anyone other than Varejao.
Had an easy 2 on 1 break with Love and Hinrich stole it. Shouldn’t have feed Kyrie on the previous transition play either.

You know the Bulls will come out in second half with a lot of energy and different schemes to get more ORebs. Hopefully Blatt and Cavs have good counter ready.

Much better rotations tonight by Blatt. Good energy off the bench. TT playing great and with energy. LBJ totally different player tonight. Would still like to see him finish a little better at the rim, although the last few were good. Without Rose in, Cavs dominated.
Yeah TT (and even Marion) have done a nice job with the Bulls bigs – they’ve kept Gibson, Noah, and Gasol from getting any offensive boards.
TT’s been great on the offensive glass too.
Rough shooting for K Love. And LeBron looks very slow, but at least he’s being aggressive. Nice they’re leaving Dunleavy on him (and no Jimmy Butler to harass him)
That’s true. Bulls will be definitely tougher with Butler on LBJ. Hopefully by the next time, Bron will have most of the rust off.
Cavs lead 58-52 at the half, and not really playing that well.

Feels like the refs are letting the bulls really body LeBron a lot. I counted at least 2 drives that should have been free throws.

TT playing GREAT this half
They’re playing slower and more in control. I didn’t really notice it last night, but tonight I can tell, it just looks like they actually are able to see the floor and execute the offense and defense at least a bit better. I’m chalking a lot of it up to getting too amped up…Blatt’s offense definitely requires patience, I’m liking this sort of pick and delayed roll thing.

Kyrie’s been going right at Aaron Brooks – with success. Bulls bench is definitely out-scrapping the Cavs, though.
After 1 the Cavs lead 28-27.
LeBron looks 100x better than last night, which is to say, he still looks a bit out of sorts but he’s quickly rounding into form – at least his jumper and his dribble – still looks a bit sluggish.
TT came in and had 4 offensive rebounds. He needs to stop trying to score with that two dribble pop shot in isolation. Especially early in the shot clock. He did a great job kicking out to Love for 3 on one offensive board.
Bulls leaving Mike Dunleavy on an island with LeBron. Bron’s come up empty on the last 2 possessions.
Blatt goes to Mike Miller at first sub. And the Bulls are amped up for this game. Cavs still seem a bit frantic
