Live Thread: 2026 NBA Draft 2026-06-23 Off By Nate Smith Wizards on the Clock. Giannis is a Heatle. And the moves are just ramping up. What does it mean for the Cavs? We’ll see! Podcast 327: Accountability’s for Suckers Free Agency Open Thread: Mitchell Extends
Hopefully someone needs $15 mil to match salaries in a trade and we can give them Dennis as a 3rd team.
KAWHI BACK TO RAPTORS WHY NOT LEBRON BACK TO CAVS——— RAPTORS GOT BETTER—— MINNIX I DONT BELIEVE HAS SIGNED OVERSEAS YET BUT STRONGLY CONSIDERING IT———-WHAT WAS THE DATE THAT LEBRON “ CAME HOME “ – WILL BE WATCHING THE CALENDAR
July 11th. I remember the weather in Cleveland was a nice summer’s day, I talked about the decision with the hot dog vendor outside the Cleveland Clinic. Indelible memory.
Hell yeah Simmo, love it!
Hopes for FA:
1) LeBron/Wade don’t sign fast
2) Altman finds a home for Dennis
3) We sign LeBron
4) Harden re-signs for reasonable
5) Wade is back
6) LeBron brings us a vet min ring chaser or two
Harden, Spida, LeBron, Mobley, Allen
???, Merrill, Strus, Tyson, Wade
CPJ, Proctor, ???, Tomlin, Bryant
2 way: Thomas, Uneth, Minix
Minix signed overseas I thought
I missed that news. I will take him out of my considerations. Close, but not finalized.
https://hoopswire.com/cavs-riley-minnix-close-to-signing-with-french-club-asvel/
East atm:
1) Knicks
2) Raps
3) Celts
4) Cavs
5) Pistons
6) Heat
7) Pacers
8) 76ers
Starting to look nasty.
Kawhi traded to Raptors. Wild news day.
Timelord back to Portland yesterday.
My understanding is our cap situation, with Bryant and 11 signed, is $182 mil. The first apron is $209 mil.
If we renounce all our cap holds except for Wade ($12.6 mil), we are at $193 mil. $16 mil under the first apron. The full MLE is $15.09 mil, I believe.
Lol. Just came here to reply and then u edited.
If I am screwing something up, let me know. Don’t want to pass on bad info.
But since Harden declined a PO, he is off the books, I believe. No cap hold? I *think* that is right. He is not showing up on spotrac.
Now, I have been rounding. And I may be off on adjustments and such by a little. But we are dangerously close to being able to sign a player with the full MLE (say LeBron), stay under the first apron, and then come back and sign Harden & Wade with Bird rights. Without having to offload anyone first (Schröder, Strus).
Ellis’ cap hold is $2.45 mil.
Again, dangerously close. Now, is Gilbert willing?
whada ya mean? Gilbert is always willing. Dan would pay anything, the problem is the cap
Oops, $182 + $12.6 is $194.6.
Just a smidge under $15 mil in space under the first apron.
IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PRINTED ( MEDIA) HOW MANY MORE MILLIONS LEBRON WOULD MAKE ( selling rights for his Final Season Journey). IF HE DOES IT WITH THE CAVS. —- THEY ARE ESTIMATING CLOSE TO 100 MILLION / AGAIN HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU NEED———— I HAVE ZERO IDEA ON THE NBA LEGALITY OF CONTRACT s ———- DOES IT HAVE TO BE MONETARY ( to go against cap space ) —— IF NOT COULD UNCLE DAN OFFER LEBRON PART OWNERiSHIP OF CAVS / WOULD HE BE EVEN INTERESTED——- SIGN HIM AS PLAYER – COACH WITH THE MAJORITY OF MONEY BEING… Read more »
haha — the “offer part ownership” idea comes up all the time in every sport, and it is always illegal.
I’d ship out Strus in a heartbeat if there’s a deal to be had and it enables paying Wade. He’s a quality post-season role player but Tyson has the size, skill and traits to be a more athletic (at this stage of their respective careers, and with Strus now age 30) version of that same player. Plus Atkinson never found consistent minutes/role for both Strus and Tyson after the Harden trade and Strus’ return from injury, and that seemed to affect Tyson.
They’ve got no replacement for Wade’s defense, on the other hand. Mobley’s the closest thing but the more he has to help on the perimeter and gets pulled from the basket, it creates other issues.
co-sign
LeBron not going back to the Lakers
Is Lebron coming home or going to dubs?
Long time no see WF. I’m not putting any money on Lebron coming back to Cleveland this year. He won’t take the minimum to do it, and the hoops the Cavs would have to jump through to make room for him would not be worth the cost.
Thanks BW. got it. I love Lebron(except for the decision debacle which sincerely regretted) on dubs but Lebron to Cavs would be better ending for his career. I was rooting for Cavs to make to finals, may be next year.
I mean, if Harden is willing to take a haircut, and James is willing to take a haircut, and maybe one of Spida/Mobes/Allen, then more possibilities open up.
I doubt all three are true, but we know Harden is willing.
who knows what LeBron is thinking. he has more money than God, but always seems to want more. giving up another 30 or 40M for a decent shot at another ring might be on his mind. one advantage the Cavs have: when they write the books and make the movies, ending with Cleveland is the best ending.
I find it hard to believe that Lebron would care about 12 mils or so he would get more with warriors than signing minimum with Cavs. May be he doesn’t want the pressure to end career with a ring with Cavs.
howdy again WarriorsFan, good to hear from you.
I was thinking that Dubs would be a lock cuz the rumor is the family loves LA and doesn’t want to leave CA… now feel more like 50/50 cuz of how Windy is talking.
Believe Wade is gone, unfortunately
no caps, no good :(
Everything I’ve heard is that he’s their priority. I’d expect them to do what they can to keep him but I’m sure there’s a limit.
FTS WITH A GOOD ARTICLE “ NO WIN SITUATION “ WiTH WADE —— HOPEFULLY KOBY HAS A GOOD BACK UP PLAN
Wade is must keep given the lack of forwards over 6’5″ on the roster.
Let Ellis walk. If we have to shed salary, then Schröder is priority #1, though a taker might be tricky.
If Toronto get Kawhi (again), they jump us.
JailBlazers update: Ja Morant is headed to Portland,
Legit shocked.
He’s a great watch and I hope he does well. Ja/Dame/Jrue is a fun guard rotation.
The Ringer has trade ideas for Jaylen Brown. The Cavs are on that list. The idea:
Brown and Jordan Walsh for Mobley and Max Strus.
If Boston would accept that trade, I’d do it immediately. There’s no way Boston would accept that, right???
Boston would do it in a heart beat and the Cavs would be morons for doing it. Brown solves nothing the Cavs suck at and is old. Also Brown has clearly stated he doesn’t care about winning he just wants to expand his own brand.
Yeah. I wouldn’t want a top 15 player who is over 6’4″ tall (and who has won a championship & salvaged a lost season for his team) on this Cavs team. I’d rather go with the potential of Mobley 🙃 I’m sure Mobley would’ve secured the Celtics a top 4 playoff seed this past season.
I want the taller player.
Sorry I’m an old ass who doesn’t want streamers or podcasters on the team who wanna whine like losers after they take an embarrassing L.
Also i think the fact that Mobley was targeted by OKC and Boston immediately (and the trade proposals clearly trying to rip the Cavs off of him) after the Cavs were eliminated is a positive indicator. They’re both betting on him to take their teams to the championship level again.
Trade Mitchell, not Mobley.
right. getting old players on the downward slope with huge salaries is for the birds. we are already stuck with Hardin.
Disgusting
Would love to be able to have a chance at Lou Dort. Hmph
Cavs resigning Thomas Bryant
This year KA better use him, or what’s the point in signing him. He kicked out butt with the Pacers last year, yet we did nothing with him.
He’s good but he sat a bunch of games with the Pacers too for good reason.
I’m glad to have the third big stabilized but he doesn’t have more to give IMO.
Agreed. His lack of lateral mobility hurts. But he is a solid rebounder and can space the floor and eat regular season minutes. Good 3rd team big. Best 3rd C we have had.
Personally, I’d want another PF/C type on the roster, more Fs, and less damn guards.
We need to get the Harden deal done before FA starts so we can at least play in part of the sandbox.
Harden, Mitchell, Strus, Mobley, Allen
Schröder, Merrill, Tyson, ???, ????
CPJ, Proctor, Thomas, Tomlin, Bryant
2 way: Udeh
FA: Wade, Ellis, LNJ, Enaruna, Minix, Sarr
Though Thomas is not on guaranteed $$.
Latest from Windy (5 Good Minutes): He thinks Dean is going to be more expensive than the Cavs were initially hoping. They’ll potentially have to consider trading Strus if Dean’s number is too high and they still want to keep him. Expects that the Cavs will explore trading Shroder to save some money, but finding a taker could be a challenge. If Dean doesn’t pan out he thinks then they might consider retaining Keon.
thnx for the info
AGREED GET UNDER THE APRONS WOULD BE HUGE
Harden’s extension should get us under the apron.
I guess we’re going to be stuck with Harden
For sure. 1 year, probably 2.
Reduce the APY cost. Get under the 2nd apron. Maybe even the first. Then see what can be done in terms of improvements.
Harden doesn’t suck for what we paid last year or the numbers that are being kicked around, given what the average starting PG makes.
RAOUL I AGREE WITH YOUR REVERSE PING -PONG BALL LOTTERY SYSTEM—— HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE A YEAR TO “ DIGEST THE STUPIDITY “ OF THIS SYSTEM AND HAVE THE COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE TO MAKE A BETTER SYSTEM
SUMMER LEAGUE SCHEDULE—- JULY 10/ 12 / 13 / 15 —- GO CAVS!! —— PROCTOR/ THOMAS EXPECTED TO PLAY
KJG GOOD ARTICLE ON THOMAS
WE PICKED UP THAT POST FROM MIAMI—- SOUNDS LIKE A BRUISER BUT. OFFENSIVELY LIMITED—— WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE POST WE DRAFTED/ STASHED 3 YEARS AGO——- DIOP —- DO WE STILL HAVE HIS RIGHTS—- WAS ALWAYS INTRIGUED BY HIS SIZE / ATHLETICISM/ MOTOR———- WOULD LIKE SEEING HIM IN THE SUMMER LEAGUE TO EVALUATE
THOMAS 20ppg/ 3 steals pg / 49%from 3’s IN NCAA TOURNAMENT——- QUICK RELEASE/ MID RANGE PULL UP JUMPER——-REED WENT FROM 45 TO 24 SOLELY BASED ON NCAA TOURNAMENT——- KOBY MADE THE CORRECT PICK
I think so too. too many small guys is a valid concern, but we could have a lot of new faces in a couple years. somebody (forgot who) made a good point that at the top of the draft you absolutely go for talent (because there is often a huge difference from pick to pick) and later it is better to pick for need (because as you go down the draft board the players are about equal in value). totally good point that the Cavs went against. this is a smart move if there is a player a lot better… Read more »
I will confess that I am not a fan of LaMelo Ball. As such, I think Minny overpaid to acquire him and in so doing got smaller (in a conference where SA and OKC got even bigger). Or maybe I rate Naz Reid too highly.
agree with you
FTS on new lottery system:
https://www.fearthesword.com/cavs-analysis/50761/cavs-nba-draft-lottery-reform-evan-mobley-cleveland-cavaliers-trade
this is an eye opener
I am absolutely terrified of becoming one of those bottom three teams. Yikes. There are going to be some fans who have really disappointing and long, long runs of being bad. I didn’t love tanking but yeesh, this is going to absolutely punish the worst teams in the league.
yeah, I do not agree with the leagues reasoning on this. and it is complicated, a much simpler system that I think is a lot better: the team that finishes 30th gets 30 pingpong balls, the next team gets 29, all the way up to the team that finishes first gets 1. this is a total of 465 pingpong balls. the last place team has 30/465 (about 6.5 %) chance of getting the first pick, and the team that finishes first has 1/465 (about 0.2%) chance. this greatly lessens the advantage of tanking because each spot lower only gives a… Read more »
Yeah this is definitely way simpler. Feels like a situation where we swung a little too far in the other direction.
saw a long article today — can’t find it now — on why the new draft system makes it MUCH harder to do a total rebuild, and the sweet spot is now to be in the 10 to 20 range. also why it is essential to keep your best young players. best bet MIGHT be to roll the dice and take a flyer on running it back. or not. if the Cavs do decide to make a big move: Mobley is a top young player we must keep. Mitchell is getting on in years and has shown that he is… Read more »
SURPRISED VEESAAR DROPPED SO FAR —- MEDIA SAID HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT A 2 WAY CONTRACT—- SIMILAR TO PROCTOR LAST YEAR—— CAN SEE HIM HELPING HAWK s IN SPOT MINUTES
AT PRESENT THE CAVS AS ASEMBLED — I SEE 45 WINS — WILL PROBABLY SCORE ALOT BUT GIVE UP ALOT —- ALOT OF TEAMS GOT BETTER——. SEE WHAT THE SUMMER BRINGS
I think they are better than that. BUT it would take a lot of things breaking right for them to get back to the ECF.
We had 52 without any lineup playing together for more than 2 weeks.
45 is nuts
I still think 50+ wins.
But NY is certainly better. Boston and Detroit likely as well, though more narrowly. We will see how much juice Giannis gives Miami. And Philly. That is still my top 6 in the East along with us. Atlanta the most likely party crashers.
Boston has no center and had great health luck. Detroit’s second best player is negotiating an exit and Beef Stew is gone.
NY dealing with the championship hangover, no MitchRob and health will be interesting. Philly is really volatile.
I think we are still mucking around in the top 3 off the strength of Mitchell plus Harden’s PnR with the bigs and shooters in the regular season. It’s a high floor offensively with two rim protectors.
the Kincks got on an all time great roll at the right time. I doubt if that will happen again.
@ NOMAD I think your Baba Miller instinct was correct, was just sent a data model that was the most accurate last draft cycle and they had Baba one ahead of Thomas.
Thomas was certainly a BPA pick though.
Also becoming clear that NBA teams are all adopting same models, Cavs were absolutely screwed at pick 29 Reed Jefferson Swain Okorie Zuby all gone before 29
Philon dropped but Gansey swiped him up
Is Mobley an elite game changer on defense that it’s better to keep him than the FMVP and an MVP finalist in his prime?
Brown and Mitchell is more than enough offensive firepower in my opinion.
Who is going to rebound? Who is going to defend? The Cavs have enough shot takers and makers, but if Harden is on the team (which it sounds like he would be, three smallish guards/ wings and one big (Allen) with an oft injured wade (and maybe some young guys from Boston) isn’t going to be able to rebound enough to win. They also have three guys who want to take an average of 50 shots a game. New York won because they were big and skilled on offense and defense at every position. They rarely put Brunson out with… Read more »
not.
Brown wasn’t an MVP finalist.
Should the Cavs make a major move?
trade Mobley? absolutely not.
trade Allen? probably not.
trade Mitchell? maybe.
trade Harden? please.
We are good but not great. Our wing play sucks. Our bigs are skinny. We have oimited frontcourt scoring/shooting. The backcourt is/was small, defensively challenged, and turnover prone. And our 3PT shooting goes awry come PO time.
Spida is very, very good. But not quite top tier. He is not SGA, Jokic, Giannis, Wemby level good. Nor even Brunson or Luka.
Mobley is good. But isn’t a top tier Robin either.
Harden is Alfred at this stage. And you ain’t getting much for him.
The choices are:
1) Play it out. Hope Mobley takes a leap. Hope Tyson makes a leap. Hope the collective takes a leap with more time after the trades. Hope KA makes a leap. Hope some moves around the fringes (forward) put us over the top.
2) Blow it up and start over.
3) Trade 1 core piece + parts for a big fish. Giannis is gone. Ball is gone. Brown? I think that ship has sailed.
1 – is the most palatable.
2 – I have no appetite for this at all
3 – I haven’t done the thought exercise of who’d realistically be available.. Swapping out the other pieces feels futile to me, I really feel like Cavs just lack a go to guy in the playoffs. But if you want to land a superstar it’s going to cost Mobley. Trading Mitchell you’re likelier to get lesser value. Mobley can get you someone elite, they just likely have to be at the tail end of their prime, or a headcase in their prime.
yeah, Mobley is our best player, and everybody would love to steal him. Allen is our third best player and about a dozen teams are working up a plan to get him, most notibly the Lakers. Mitchell has peaked and is getting on in years. He would be still be ultra valuable as a top end Robin for a superstar. For example, the Pistons would be the team to beat if DM was teamed with Cunningham. if they have some quality young players and a lot of draft picks it might be a good idea. so what if the Pistons… Read more »
Mobley is the only guy you absolutely keep.
Alfred E. Newman?
Harden has next to no value.
at the deadline some playoff contender might trade a bad contract and some draft capital for Harden. if we are lucky!
Sure wish he didn’t have that option.
how did we get here?
the Cavs rebuild had mediocre luck: a really good player (Mobley), a pretty good player (Garland) and some OK players and duds. took a swing on getting a superstar (Mitchell), but he turned out to be not be a top 10 player, maybe 20 at best. add in uninspired coaching, and here we are.
what should we do? probably run it back for one more year and hope to get hot and/or lucky. winning is a long shot, but no major improvements seek likely.
It’s arguable that Mitchell is less conducive to winning a championship than the guy they traded: Lauri.
agree. I was not in favor of the trade at the time, and often return to this point. the problem is that Mitchell is not good enough to lead a team to the title – a maybe top 25 player, not a top 5. consider trading him to team with a superstar and regroup.
He is for sure top 20. Likely top 15.
Jokic, SGA, Giannis, Wemby, Brunson, Tatum (we’ll see on the leg), Luka, and Cade are all clearly better.
But after that it gets iffy quick. Ant? Brown? Embiid? Curry still?
What we need is an OG Anunoby or Jayden McDaniels type player.
watching Brunson sure made it look like DM is not leading a team to the championship. maybe having Harden made him less effective — he stood around and watched a lot as opposed to Brunson attacking the basket. he looked like a rottwheiler attacking a meat wagon.
Markannen has led a team to a .500+ record once and is 30. Lot of wishcasting to make a guy with his career win rate “conducive to a championship”
I was one of many who groaned when they took Thomas seeing he’s a 6’3 guard when we need some height on the perimeter. After hearing about him and reading the many positive takes on him I’m warming up to him. Hopefully he can be that bench scorer on the 2nd unit.
In terms of FA guys. What’s up with Cenac Jr? I thought for sure he’d be drafted and definitely thought he’d be picked up early in FA. I’d like to see the Cavs take a look at him. Saw they signed Xavien Lee to an exhibit 10 contract.
Disregard about Cenac. I completely missed him. A site I looked at showed he wasn’t drafted.
IN MY OPINION CAVS GOT THE BEST PLAYER AVAILABLE—- HE WAS ALWAYS PROJECTED A 1st round TALENT IN THE MOCKS ——- AGREE THERE IS A SURPLUS OF 6’5” PLAYERS—- EXPECT KOBY TO MOVE SOMEONE——- CANT WAIT UNTIL SUMMER LEAGUE I AM ASSUMING PROCTOR WILL PLAY AGAIN— SEE HOW THEY MESH TOGETHER
I AM GOING TO “ STICK MY NECK OUT “ AND SAY HE WILL “ TEAR UP SUMMER LEAGUE “——— AM READY FOR ALL THE “ GAFFES “ POINTED AT ME IF HE FLOPS
he appears to be a steal. 6-5 and shot 50% from 3? what’s not to like?
40%, not 50%.
B+ on the trade. C/C- on the selection.
mystery: different sources list him at either 6-3 or 6-5, and at least one has him at 49% on threes.
I think the higher number (49%) was his 3pt percentage in SEC play specifically; 41% was overall.
interesting. such a large difference is weird
He isn’t that athletic. His decision making is poor. And his D is OK at best.
Sticking with my C-. And my belief that BPA is just stupid.
I SAW HIM AS HIGH AS 25th PICK——- MOST MEDIA HAD HIM THE BEST PICK IN THE 2nd ROUND——- SOME MEDIA HAVE HIM AS THE BEST CHANCE OF 2nd ROUND PICKS TO BE AN ALL STAR-/————— READ MY EARLIER POST “ POTENTIAL IS AN OVERUSED – DANGEROUS WORD “. STAY TUNED———- WILL SEE HOW HE PERFORMS IN SUMMER LEAGUE 👍
yup Cavs fully betting on potential, we’ll see in a few years
Beef stew would be such a perfect player for the Cavs.
Hell yeah.
It’s fine. He’s never seeing any playing time. I’m surprised they didn’t trade the pick and peace out of this year’s draft 🤷♂️
Beginning to think Mike Gansey was the secret sauce.
Well, I am not thrilled with another guy 6’6″ and under. Harden, Mitchell, Strus, Merrill, Tyson, Schröder, CPJ, Proctor, and now Thomas. That is 9 guys. The roster construction issues are gonna remain.
Now, he does have good positional size for a combo guard. But two 2nd round combo guards in consecutive years just does not make much sense to me, especially after picking up CPJ’s option.
And not that he is a big reach either. But he isn’t gonna help much anytime soon.
I’d expect more moves soon.
Yeah, could be a depth move if they expect to include Schroeder and/or Strus in a deal for a better fitting piece
and maybe major moves
Meleek Thomas?
Total two way guy.
his entire highlight reel is shooting 3s
Banking on Calipari guard bump and the fact he’s a 1 and done freshman
I guess. Can the Cavs stop trying to corner the market on 6-3 shooting guards.
Meleek Thomas. Know nothing about him.
CAVS NATION SAYING CAVS MIGHT TAKE NICK MARTINELLI/ NORTHWESTERN——- I PREFER BABA 👍
he is ranked way low, FWIW
BEER 🍺 MONEY SAYS BABA WILL BE THE PICK TONIGHT—— COULD BE AN INTERESTING PICK
Rumors starting up that the Celtics are pursuing a Jaylen Brown for Evan Mobley trade…
Nah.
Yeah. But the supposedly the Cavs are balking. That team doesn’t make any sense to me unless you move Harden.
I think you’d better sell em on s&t Harden Strus and Allen.
IF YOU GO RAOUL— I WILL PROBABLY BE RIGHT THERE WITH YOU————— JUST A REMEMBER I REALLY BELIEVE IF PROCTOR STAYED HE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN TOP 20 PICKS——— JUST SAYING “ IF “ HE HAS DEVELOPED—- I CAN SEE HIM PROVIDING USEFUL MINUTES 👍
Cavs gotta step up the player development.
Development is fine. Coaches don’t want to play those guys. Was an issue with JB and Kenny.
yikes! the other pick is a 2032 second rounder. hope I am still alive.
and it is possible the Kings won’t suck by then (doubt that!))
a bit anticlimatic. that is the current state of the Cavs: watch a draft show for hours and get excited about a trade down.
SPURS HAD A VERY GOOD DRAFT!! —— LOOKING MORE LIKE MILLER TO THE CAVS
LOOKS LIKE EVANS / THOMAS OR MILLER FOR CAVS TONIGHT—— POTENTIAL IS THERE—- POTENTIAL IS AN OFTEN OVER USED / /DANGEROUS WORD
right. potential going unrealized is way too common!
Trade to Sac. Moving down to 34 and getting a future 2nd.
I will take Miller at 34.
Chris and Eli really wanted Jefferson.
That makes me feel a bit better about my judgement, both of them are more draft savvy than me.
Jefferson to Minny. I liked him.
We don’t need another 6’6″ SG/SF, but Evans is likely BPA.
Peat, Veesaar, or Miller all make some sense as well.
Okay, go out there and get Isaiah Evans!
Seems like the Cavs mold: shooter who plays smaller than his size and doesn’t rebound.
Cenac feels like a player the Cavs could’ve used.
Baba Miller upside roll of the dice?
Spurs grab Reed and Quaintance. Some beef.
Indeed.
Hoping Isaiah Evans falls to us.
Lopez looks electric
Think Charlotte having a great draft
Graves hone at #19 to the Raps. He is a guy I liked. Always doubtful he got to us.
Reed would be next on my list. But I did not watch much college hoops last year, so do not listen to me.
Yaxel Lendeborg: coolest looking guy with the coolest name.
Would have absolutely loved to have a chance at him this draft.
I Second That Emotion.
Flemings looks fun but Queen was probably worth #8 and will be really great.
Mikel Brown screams bust to me.
Wagler seems like a nice fit next to Garland.
HOPING REED IS THERE FIR FOR US BUT DOUBTFUL———BEFORE NCAA TOURNEY MOST MOCKS HAD HIM 45 or LOWER——-SOME RUMORS HAVE CAVS TRADING THE PICK
Cameron Boozer moves just like his dad. Probably can’t defend in space like his dad, too.
Ha, this made me chuckle
Nice to see a Canton kid go No. 2.
