Revenge games for Dion, Derrick Williams, and James Jones tonight, while the Cavs rest Kyrie and the King. We all know the Cavs record when LeBron sits (0-4) this year. And we know the record two of LeBrotherhood sit (lowdigit-highdigit), and when all three sit (0-infinity). I’m betting Lue limits the minutes for Tristan Thompson and his tendinitis too. But this is a new look Cavs bench could give the Heat a run for their money (and drive gamblers crazy).

For Miami, Willie Reed is officially off the injury report, but Josh McRoberts is out indefinitely and Justice Winslow is out for the year.
Dion Waiters and the Heat were hot before the break, but are just 6-4 in their last three and Dion dropped a whopping three points against the Magic Wednesday. We’ll see if Cleveland lets anyone go Scrub Fuego tonight.
Let’s hope that coach Lue limits Felder’s run if he’s struggling and that he takes the following advice.

Problem with defending the Heat when you’re down a couple of guys is that they have a lot of guys who can score, so other than Whiteside, it’s hard to key on stopping any particular one…
When we finally do get stops (infrequently) Whiteside gets the rock almost every time and they score anyway.
Whelp, not enough guys who can dribble enough to make plays/get their own shot with our current offense. Still not terrible on offense minus the turnovers, though during the first quarter Miami didn’t play any d, and during the second they did. While the heat were smoking from 3, our closeouts and rotations could have been a lot better as usual. Our achilles this year seems to be knowing when, where, and who to switch on and losing guys on the perimeter, in addition to woefully bad closeouts.
How bad was liggins?
Not horrible, but he’s being asked to be the backup PG and that’s not his best self…
He wasn’t good on d though. Lost guys consistently. An improvement over felder, but not earning any minutes
I feel like when they ask him to do more offensively, his defense suffers… not unlike Shump…

Well, we hung in for a while. I hate resting James & Kyrie the same game. Still, the Heat our on pace for 134 pts. We only had 15 pts that quarter.
