Live Thread: Cavs vs Pacers

This Friday night is a show down between the 18-7 Cleveland Cavaliers and divisional rivals the 14-11 Indiana Pacers. Bankers Life Field House is one of the hardest arenas in the League for the Cavs. Every time LeBron and the Cavaliers travel to Indiana the games are tough. This iteration of the Pacers should be no different. Since trading Paul George to the Thunder, Victor Oladipo has acquitted himself quite well. He is playing at an all-star or near all-star level, averaging 23.3 points, 3.9 assists, and 5.2 rebounds per game. Oladipo has finally arrived and it’s been fun to watch.
Fortunately, it’s been even more fun to watch the one man wrecking crew known as LeBron Raymone James. The King has been utterly decimating teams in the first quarter of the season. Since losing four straight early on, LeBron has taken his game up a notch, reportedly to 80%. He’s controlling every aspect of the game every night. When he’s not on the court, the Dinobots are transforming the second unit into a lethal force to give the starters a break. Tonight should be a good test as the Cavs go for 14 straight. As Always, Go Cavs!
If Korver had hit even a couple of threes…he had several open looks…

Pacers have been solid defensive ly but Cavs have been playing right into their hands relying on heavily contested quick one pass one shot threes this quarter. Indy knows exactly what they are doing with korver.
