Live Thread: Cavs vs. Bulls (#MLKDay)

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said a multitude of amazingly inspirational and poignant things in his all too brief time on this planet. Words that brought hope and stirred belief in the hearts and minds of a nation. One such quotation (above) could apply to everyone, even at their lowest points. So, on this day of remembrance for MLK, these sage words of advice seem particularly relevant to the two teams that will square off at the Quicken Loans Arena.

The Cavs and the Bulls boast the two worst records in basketball currently (9-38 and 10-36 respectively). They have one win between them in their last 20 combined. They rank at the bottom of the league in scoring. They have both been ravaged by injuries. They are both essentially tanking for Zion, because that is probably the quickest path for moving forward… even if it is the equivalent of crawling.

Prediction: Ultimately, someone has to win this game… so, why not the Cavs… 99-95.
