The Cavs are on spring break in South Beach as they take on the Miami Heat for the second game of their two game set, and this time it will be the nationally televised game in primetime. The Cavs were able to eek out a win Wednesday night on the back of a MVP performance from Darius Garland. Unfortunately, he will not be available tonight because he took a charley horse from Bam Adebayo:
