Live Thread: Celtics @ Cavs

The Cavs welcome the Boston Celtics to the banks of the Cuyahoga River for one of the biggest games of the season for both teams. It’s all hands on deck for Boston, this is the game they can shut down all the negative noise about their midseason lull… we will get a championship level effort from the Celtics. Can the Cavs respond and protect home court? Do they lose and the fraud indictments come hard and fast….??? It’s TNT, prime time, all eyes on Cleveland… nothing more needs to be said.
Tip off is scheduled for 7:30PM Eastern time and will broadcasted live nationally on TNT. Go Cavs!
The size/physicality discrepancy at the 1/2/3 positions is stark. Just not sure Cavs can hold up in a series unless they shoot lights out from deep. This team has heart but no discernible size in the backcourt/wing positions. Props for how hard they play but it’s a slog against length and strength.

Totally agree. We need youth, length, strength, and attitude. Our bigs will get beaten up in a playoff series.
They can beat a lot of teams and win a lot of games ,but we’ve seen enough games against long physical teams to know they’re at a disadvantage.
