The Cavaliers travel to Kevin Love’s old stomping grounds tonight to face the disgruntled Jimmy Butler and his pack of timid youths. After a rough first game for Love, I’m sure he will want to bounce back and have a big game against his former team. The Wolves, meanwhile, lost their first game to the Spurs in a tight 112-108 contest. The Cavs face a tough first two opponents in Toronto and Minnesota. It gets easier for a short home stint but they’ll have to test their new uptempo offense against a Western Conference powerhouse. At the time of this writing, Nance and JR are still questionable and the TWolves are missing Justin Patton so they are nearly at full strength. As always Go Cavs!

I question the strategy to run so much… the more possessions in a game, the worse it is for a bad team.

Not sure we have the halfcourt o to do the opposite.
That’s totally the reason why they’re doing it… trying to find easy buckets… but it might encourage turnovers and bad shots a little too much to really be an advantage over the long term.
Pretty solid little run there. Wish we remembered we still have Korver under contract. He plays team d and actually has to be guarded. We dont really need hood if he is standing. Korver can be effective out there sitting down
