Live Thread: Suns @ Cavs

Tonight on the shores of Lake Erie, the Cavs take on another NBA championship contender in the form of the scorching hot Phoenix Suns, who come to Cleveland on a 13 game winning streak. The triumvirate of Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and Deandre Ayton lead their squad and will be the main obstacle to a Cavs’ win.
In some good news, there’s buzz that Cedi Osman will be back in action tonight. Of course, the bad news is the questionable status of Darius Garland, who’s been the engine of the Cavs’ offense this season. Hopefully both are healthy and ready to go, because it will take all healthy hands on deck to compete one of the West’s best. Lamar Stevens and Evan Mobley remain out with injuries.
One thing to watch is how the Cavs respond in the fourth quarter. Against contenders such as the Brooklyn Nets and Golden State Warriors, the Cavs held fourth quarter leads in both games only to be ran out of the gym in the fourth quarter when the stars need to step up. For the Cavs, it will have to be the collective efforts of Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland, and Ricky Rubio that need to step up and bring a win home for the Cavs.
Tip off is scheduled for 7:00pm ET and the game will be broadcasted by Bally Sports Ohio/Great Lakes. GO CAVS!

did pretty well against a team on a 14 win streak.. playing like a pro team that is in the middle of the pack (without mobes).. not bad at all
Looking at the numbers, the starters got lit up on defense plain and simple. Wade, DG, and Lauri main culprits.
On the positive side, the offense was absolutely humming against a great defense, Love and Cedi looked fantastic tonight, they should’ve touched the ball A LOT more and that’s on Rubio and DG.

Yep he is one. But hopefully we could add some scoring machine shooting guard that could put up 27ppg efficiently too. Someone over 6’5”.
