Preview: Pacers at Cavaliers, April 9th
2010-04-09Just a few notes:
-Yep, the Cavs appear to have learned their lesson from Jamison’s (apparently minor) injury last night. Your starters tonight are
West/Parker/Moon/Hickson/Powe, according to George Thomas.
-Mo, LeBron, Antawn, and Boobie will all be inactive.
-You know what this means for Cavs: The Blog. Telfair watch is on. Also looking for Powe to do beastly things and for Danny Green to have a bounce-back game.
-The B-team still might beat the Pacers, especially at home. They are terrible.
Even without our starters playing, it’s good to see that we are competing at a decently high level, especially given the fact that these guys have never played these rotations (or even anything slightly resembling them) before. Bassy is impressing me, a lot — a true PG, quick quick quick off the dribble. If he can hit deep 2s and 3s, with that first step, I’d say his whole entire unit is dangerous.
Man I like Hibbert, he seems like he’s rounding into form very well. In other news, Bassy was off the charts in that second quarter. I imagine Krolik experienced some cream of meat watching that performance.
That was a serious case of Hicksonmainia in the first half
