2010-06-01Good News for Cleveland Fans – LeBron says in an interview with Larry King that Cleveland has the ‘edge’ in FA.
Article in Slam taking shots at LeBron for joining Drake on stage. I’ve never included a comment in a LTTP, but I really liked this one. Sandwiched between a torrent of criticism and strange Kobe/LeBron comparisons, there’s this: “You guys realize Kobe took the time to RECORD hip-hop songs, right?”
You knew the Kobe/LeBron comparisons were coming. Only took 2 bad games before LeBron got dethroned.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar weighs in on LBJ’s free agency decision.
“League sources have indicated that Gilbert and Ferry’s season-ending meetings were intense and in-depth, but that both men eventually walked away on the same page and with a stronger relationship.” [Brian Windhorst]

When’s the last time Kobe has won a Championship without an All-NBA bigman co-staring on the team with him? Oh that’s right, he hasn’t. In-fact, he looked pretty “Lebron-like” struggling to get anywhere in the Playoffs when it was him and a bunch of also-rans. But pair him up with a one of the top players in the NBA (He even had a higher PER than… Read more »
