Good listen, as usual, guys. Thanks for all you do.
The Jason Kidd timeout incident was a game with the Nets when Brooklyn was out of timeouts and he wanted a chance to draw up a last-second play. He spilled a cup of soda onto the court so the game would have to be stopped.
After replays showed him holding the soda and saying “Hit me” to one of his players, he was fined.
That’s kind of genius, though. I have equal parts disdain and admiration for Jason Kidd.
Enjoyed the first half on my morning commute. Great story about Tom’s unbroken beer stein.
If the Cavs keep going, despite no Love, Kyrie and Shump hobbling, and now maybe James’s ankle, we’ll have to start calling them the Unbroken Cavs. Louis Zamperini should have been a Cleveland fan.
