Hard to believe, but I enjoyed this game more than game 2. I thought 2 was an outlier, but it made me worried what would happen to the Cavs heads. But game 3 they faced adversity, rallied and squashed the Hawks with absolutely superb play.
FYI Joe Borgia , NBATV expert ref stated refs got the call wrong against Love. Horford’s dunk was an offensive foul because Love was in the correct position.
Kudos to Lue to pull TT out when he did not because he was bad but because all the hacking caused Cavs to get out of their offensive rhythm. The ball movement came to a screeching halt. And then Whaaa-Laaa… Door opens to Hot Frye!!! Kyrie & Frye really got the Cavs back into the game with Delly & Shump in the line-up. Post game interviews were good. I watched that game. The truth is OKC should have won based on their skill and physicality. They are better. But and it’s a BIG But… Mentally they make so many dumb dumb mistakes. Their inexperienced coach is no match to Popovich. He too has made stupid mistakes on match ups in clutch. Sadly, OKC will probably lose the series because of poor decision making from the individual players & their inexperienced coach.
Westbrook can be amazing, but he really killed the Thunder in this game tonight.

Matt Winer on NBA TV said there have been seven playoff games in NBA history with a team making 20 or more threes. The Cavs have three of the seven this year.

Frye has become one of my favorite Cavs. He became one of them when they played at the Clippers couple months back,

Great win. These team has like 10 different ways to win, and they are now at a place where they can shift gears at will. It’s a basketball thing of beauty. And they are all great guys that pull for each other. And Lue has really brought so much passion and love out the guys. It’s a joy to watch.
