Gordon Gund is in the house. Craig Sager is in the house. Dr. J and Urban Meyer are in the house.
After Kyrie and LeBron gave us a new hope, the Empire is ready to splash back. If Steve Kerr was ever going to wear out his Death (Star) Lineup – tonight’s the night.
With The Groin Reaper back in tow, the Cavs will be witnessing the power of the fully operational battle station.
Whatever. This isn’t a trap – it’s an opportunity. Tonight is the second last step to the summit. The chance to vanquish narratives and cement legacies.
The Warriors cannot be allowed to make locker room champagne comments.
Let’s go.
InstaCap up. Also have an instapod tonight!
Oh man this instacap is a hotter mess than Kerr’s press conference….
Kerr’s feelings are hurt, apparently.
Didn’t somebody let him know that it’s a man’s league?
Does Kyrie have the Friends tv show logo tattooed on his wrist?
He does!
so normcore
Kyrie rockin’ the Larry-the-Cable-Guy cutoff flannel shirt. Plan to dig through my closet right now…
#trendsetter
Is that the same shirt he wore last time with the sleeves cutoff?
Possibly.
Maybe each time the Cavs win a game he cuts off a little more of the sleeves.
Crazy stat: LeBron has as many rebounds as TT in the finals
It’s been an absolute pleasure cheering for RJ this year.

The warriors really do seem to think they should be handed the title. They faced a team in OKC that choked like crazy to allow them to even get here. That must have affected their expectations.
I’m still flying on adrenaline. That was great. Bring it on me more time, Cavs.
one more time (bad text prediction!)
Holy Cow J.R. Smith. What a segment!
Loved that.
Kerr talking about jersey grabbing is like…well…dennis rodman talking about other player’s having distracting hair colors? bernie madoff complaining that someone stole some of his money? Alex Rodriguez complaining about Roger Clemens taking roads? It’s laughable. And while a good show and all to make the refs feel him…even the referees have to be chuckling a bit at that. There was one call against steph that was questionable, and it was the final foul call. But he baited the ref into it by chasing lebron in the first place. He fouled the heck out of Kyrie right before he got… Read more »
Neeeeed the instacap! Tom must be recording an hout long special because hes so excited.
It’s coming!
Get as long in the tooth as you want!
What a game, what a lady, what a night. Loved seeing how frustrated the Warriors got when what they thought they deserved wasn’t handed to them. Shades of my three year old right there boys.
Amazing game. God that was torture. I really hate playing Golden State because you know no lead is at all safe. Kudos to the crowd — they were terrific tonight. Wish I had been there.
The LOL Awards Nominees are:
Harrison Barnes for missing every shot, unguarded, alone in the universe, only guarded by his own private doubts,
Stephen Curry for his temper tantrum. How dare they throw out Steph Curry, he of the State Farm commercials and supportive dad shoes?
Klay “it’s a man’s league” Thompson, who actually played pretty well, but what a dumb thing to say.
Klay “It’s a Man’s League” Thompson also left the court early. Can we please get a comment from Kay’s dad about what the reaction would be to that from his era?
Yes, it’s so much fun listening to old-timers talk about how much tougher they were.
Barnes: A St. Wierdo-esque type of performance.
Lost a lot of respect for Kerr after that press conference. The guy is a hot head and his players are taking on that persona. Not a good look.
That was calculated. He’s trying to influence the officiating for game 7. And he was willing to pay a fine to do so.
Yep, between Oracle, Kerr and Ayesha, I don’t expect the Cavs to get any help at all in game 7 from the refs. Varejao may even be finals MVP just based on game 7.
I agreed with the no call on Draymond on the Kyrie late. They didn’t call shooters jumping into guys. Didn’t give Varejao his flop. I thought it was a well called game (as far as NBA games go). But they should have known that you shouldn’t make calls against the MVP.
There were two cheapies on Curry in the 4th (the one on Irving was a potentially big play), but everyone gets cheapies. That 3rd phantom foul on Love could have had a large impact. Curry’s 6th was cheap, but he was reaching in the backcourt….buy the ticket, take the ride.
Kerr needs to STFU. He’s said a lot of stupid crap this postseason. “Oh, we think Bray’s flagrant should be rescinded!” Just stop.
kerr has the same entitled mentality their players do. Kerr was GIFTED a team that Mark Jackson, for all his faults, turned into men. Kerr is a fine coach…bla bla bla…but he has his whole team acting like the refs owe them something.
I think Curry’s 6th was a good call, because it was consistent with what we’d seen up to that point. The refs weren’t allowing that kind of reach in. Some other crews might not have called it, but this crew was calling it consistently.
And yet Curry was still trying it when he was in danger of fouling out. He only has himself to blame.
Truth.
I hope Kyrie can be at least at 90% healthy after whatever he tweaked. The Cavs will need him.
It didn’t look too bad.
Steph going for the backcourt steal with 5 fouls was just dumb.
Exactly and I’m pretty sure Kerr will let him know about it.
Wow, Barnes o points, 0-8…I didn’t even realize he played…
I think the Warriors are really missing Bogut. LeBron scored a lot down low.
Kerr complaining about Cavs grabbing and LeBron flopping. LOL
I think they are working the refs for next game and I hope coach Lue is ready to protest bad calls when needed.
Huge games by JR, TT, and RJ. Kyrie played some good D, too. Time to rest up and be ready for war on Sunday. With Iggy hurting and Bogut out there is an opening. It is going to be tough tough to win, though. We need the best from everyone to have a chance.
