The Cleveland Cavaliers have had some time off since the Atlanta Hawks handed them their first loss of the season this past Tuesday. The Hawks win ended an 11-game losing streak against the Cavs.

While many expected the Cavs to stretch their winning streak to seven straight wins, the Atlanta Hawks had other plans. Kent Bazemore, who scored 25 points, hit a jumper from the corner with seven seconds left and finished it right there.

“For my two years here, they’ve kicked our butts,” Bazemore said. “This is one of the biggest wins I’ve had since I’ve been here.”

Atlanta led by 18 points in the third quarter before the Cavs trimmed the lead down to two. The Cavs had trouble in the fourth with LeBron on the bench and Kyrie leading the floor.

“It was a weird game,” said LeBron James, who scored 23 points after having only two in the first half.
