InstaCap [R2G1]: Cavs 116, Raptors 105 (Dortmunder Golden) 2017-05-01 Off By Tom Pestak Playoff Live Thread: Cavs vs. Raptors, Game 1 (#TimeToWakeUp) Playoff Podcap: Cavs 116, Raptors 105 (or, Cheers!)
Nice shirt and super sexy chest hairs lol.
Biggest issue with Toronto is the fact that their best player would rather shoot a long two pointer than a three. Yes he can go for 30pts+, but it will take a lot more effort and shots.
If DeRozan had a solid 3pt shot, say 40%+, then it would be a bigger problem dealing with him. But he makes it easier on other teams by going for the midrange jumper as opposed to a 3.
Great game!!!
If DeRozan shot 40% on threes he’d be the best player in the NBA. Well, not the best, because LeBron, but he’d be the 2nd best.
He would be a more athletic version of Klay Thompson.
Tom that’s a boss shirt. And you’re continual rep of Mark price is what makes you a real Cavs fan. This is the golden era of Cleveland sports period, as there wasn’t a second good team during Jim Brown’s run, but those 90s teams were the friggin best TV. Plus they had the 90s Indians. Cleveland is actually beginnning to become a city not just of great fans, but of actual sporting “lore”. Lebron James…the things he’s done for Cleveland are immensely meaningful.
Excellent shirt, Tom!
DeRozan had the worst plus/minus, at minus 32. They can’t ask him to guard LeBron anywhere near as much as they did tonight.
Jonas was second worst, at minus 21.
Frye, Shump and Deron Williams were all minus 16 to minus 19.
Yes, much swagger in the swag. Just imagine a warriors fan turning up to play Tom’s team. May be so apoplectic they can’t swing.
Would like to hear more Dahntay Jones analysis. Where will he go this offseason. Can Cavs afford to keep him?
They only have to pay him for one game. And, it is the minimum, since he has been retired for years!
The choice between Tristan (No. 4 pick) and Jonas (No. 5) in the 2011 draft turned out to be a fateful one that has swung heavily in the Cavs’ favor. As the game has changed, Tristan has gone from power forward or 4/5 tweener with no offensive game away from the hoop to a straight-up center who hardly ever has a matchup problem. If not for Jonas’s contract in Europe, which meant the team drafting him would have to wait at least a year to get him, wasn’t it possible the Cavs would have taken him? Or at least Tristan… Read more »
I think you are correct – they’d have taken him except for the year in europe.
Yep. Until The Cavs got rid of Mike Brown TT didn’t look that hot. Mike
brown for some dumb reason tried to. Ale TY into a jump shooter. Dumb
Blatt and Lue put an end to that. Great pick by Chris Grant.
Biyombo sucks.
Awesome shirt. Frauds. Softball for us starts in two weeks. Is yours a drinking league?
Ha. I liked Derozan just isn’t man enough. These are great.
