Tom, how old is that twitter picture of yours? no judgments, i still use my CWRU ID for museum discounts 12 years after graduating…
I think it’s from an event I was at in 2008. I’ve never changed my Twitter pic. I’m about 25 lbs heavier now.
For the past two years now, any time I read some detailed article from “the experts” in the media trying to break down the Cavs — or trying to tell me how great GSW is –the video below just starts running in my head.
The analysis of this team begins and ends with this video. LeBron James. LeBron James. LeBron James. He is transcendant, he is at his best when it matters most, and he plays for the Cavs. That’s all anyone needs to know.

I’d like to share with CtB crew the many faces of Cory Joseph being beaten by the Cavs. Whilst he was bench-warming at the end of Game 3, I saw him pulling a face I remember…all the way back in March of 2015 when Cavs beat the Spurs in OT (Kyrie went beserk & dropped 57 points). Wish I had more time to look, but I suspect there may be many more occasions. Maybe one more on Sunday…
I’ll never ever forget how dominating he was in that 2009 abbreviated run. In the second round, before the half time buzzer in the first game against Atlanta, LeBron rising up for a jumpshot at halfcourt, the ball draining through the net and crashing into Zaza’s dome underneath.
Enjoyed the InstaCap. We appreciate your work! I agreed with your earlier remarks on TT & Shump closing out the game with Bench + Lebron. That is +3 good defenders and now we have Korver doing some eye popping defensive plays that most of us never knew he could do! It was like icing on the cake to see this. I have no idea why Kyrie’s shot is struggling. It made sense in 1st game because Lowry was draped over him. But in this game, Raps kinda eased up on him seeing his pattern. And then Korver got hot and… Read more »
I’ve been watching the replay a bit – chuckled when I heard this again: “Korver….hits it, three in a row. Wow, it’s just automatic. Traded Mike Dunleavy for Korver, “interesting” move by Atlanta….”
I know,,, could be a reason there is juggling around with Gm’s
If Lowry can’t play Game 4 this series is over and quite frankly may already be over…the Cavs bench made this a 20 point win after being ugly and close for 3 quarters….if you’re Toronto that is demoralizing, the mental toughness is gone….its different if Love.Irving.Lebron were difference in making this a 20 point win, but it was Kyle Korver, Lebron shooting left handed and TT making multiple baskets along with DWill. I laugh when their were ‘experts’ (not on this blog) that predicted this would go 6 or 7 or that Raptors would even WIN the series. Lowry and… Read more »
I thought the Raptors would give us much more of a fight. I predicted 7. I was wrong.
To be fair Lowry is hurt. Though I really wonder if it would matter. Cavs are clicking..
Thanks for instacap! I had to mute the telecast about 30 seconds in because Hubie is so terrible. Sounds like I didn’t miss anything.
Any chance anyone has a video of Tristan’s block in the 4th?
Did you hear him say that Kyle Korver is sitting on the bench with an ankle sprain. He went on for a bit until his co-worker said NO Korver is out there now getting 3’s. Geez!
Haha, for real? Oh, that’s terrible.
WOULD LIKE UNCLE DAN TO MAKE GRIFF ” AN OFFER HE CAN’T REFUSE ” RIGHT NOW AND LET’S MOVE ON / DON’T WANT THIS HANGING OVER OUR HEADS NOW / OR SUMMER TIME ——-WE / THE MEDIA ARE RUNNING OUT OF WORDS TO ANALYZE/ PRAISE LEBRON’S PLAY RIGHT NOW ———-AS THE FIRST TIME I VIEWED THE GRAND CANYON —-THE GREATEST COMPLIMENT IS TO SAY NOTHING AT ALL …..JUST BE SILENT AND ENJOY / APPRECIATE / MARVEL AT THE GREATNESS ( AGAIN AS A PLAYER AND AS A PERSON ) !!
This roster is built so well around Lebron. Wish some guys were a bit younger and as good as JR on defense, but still. This roster is built perfectly to complement Lebron. Griffin is awesome.

That is crazy.
LMAO… Klay… what an idiot.
those numbers are so intimidating, listed like that
Love your InstaCaps Tom! I feel like Lebron and company knew how important this game was. By winning, they pretty much assured this series goes no longer than 5 games, thus giving them more rest time. Big incentive.
