I’m torn on this.
I kind of lean towards, if we are going to be trash for draft picks; we dont need to take Kevin down with us. He had a chance to contribute to a championship team.
And I’m also a cavaliers fan. Not sure what I think about a love trade. Great mentor, off. But is that all he gets to do now after what he has done akready?
If he truly wants out they should trade him because of what he has meant and what he has been apart of. But he has indicated he wants to be here. I see no reason to deal him unless he indicated to the organization he wants to go. As of now it appears he has been content with being here. That could easily change, but if he is fine with being here, then he should be here.
I agree. He has said he wants to be here repeatedly and it’s not like he didn’t ask out of Minnesota when he wasn’t happy, so i believe him.
Honestly with his take and cureent focus on mental health I can understand him wanting to be in a stable place where he is comfortable and building something while being a mentor rather than the stress and chaos of ring chasing.
