2020-12-31Weird Thursday afternoon vibes for the Cavs as they see if the Cavs can bounce back from a tough loss to the Knicks. Exum gets the start at the three, thankfully moving Cedi back to the bench after a stinker in the Big Apple. MIA: Okoro, KPJ, Windler, Love, Delly. Look for Dotson to get more run and more shots this afternoon.
For Indy, no TJ Warren, but it’s not as if they need him with Brogdon, Dipo, and Sabonis averaging over 20 a night and Myles Turner being no slouch either. Aaron Holiday joins them in the starting lineup. Hoping for better shooting and that Drummond keeps beasting. Go Cavs!

Don’t know if OSU can beat Bama, but what an incredible win. OSU was the better team last year, and they were ripped off, but OSU was just better this year, period.

I am stunned at how sharp they’ve looked. Credit to the players and coaches, they must have worked their a$$es off to prepare. Credit, especially, to Fields, who has been amazing, and also very gutty. Hope they can keep it up for the 2nd half…easy to let a team like Clemson back into the game. Stomp on their necks right after the half.

Taking Exum and Nance away from the bench has annihilated their production.
DG witih 6 turnovers tonight and -21 plus/minus, his stats look good, but he played an awful game.
Totally disagree. Thought he was decent. At least two those turnovers were due to guys either not ready for or fumbling his passes. Had a lot more to do with him playing the bench lineups with no real four than it did him being actively bad. I’ll take his stat-ine, Esp. 5-8 from three.
He probably should’ve shot it a lot more, and turn it over a lot less…. I think the plus/minus speaks to his overall decision making rather than lineups he was playing in… because he was bad with both. He was a net negative with the starters in pretty much equal measure, around -10.
The way that game was officiated, I’m not sure p/m means all that much.
I disagree… the turnovers were bad, and he never really got it going except in fits and spurts. I also think JB doing him no favors with their offensive adjustments missing Okoro and Love.

Sabonis plays with ridiculous force for a guy who is not physically very imposing.
