LeBron, AD, and Jared Dudly are all out indefinitely for the Lakers.
Cedi replaces Collin in the starting lineup, who is out. Should be interesting to see the ball movement with another Sextonless night. The rock really moved against Chicago, and without the King, the Lakers are really swooning, having lost four straight. They’ll be gunning for a win tonight, with a full contingent minus their two superstars.
Excited to see the crew play another winnable road game. I’d like to predict a win, but my guess the Cavs keep it close then get jobbed by the refs in the fourth quarter, as often happens in L.A.
I’m sure Al would love to play with a team containing Delly. And Anna would be welcomed with open arms by Cleveland. 😂
In all seriousness does he have anything left? Because you know we could maybe use a backup center that isn’t prone to racking up so many fouls that he is likely to foul out twice in regulation if he were to play heavy minutes.
Actually his numbers are actually pretty good this year. I never had anything against Horford. Wouldn’t mind signing him for the rest of the year if he got bought out. But he probably wouldn’t come here.
So basically he’d rather collect the checks than get bought out and go play for another team
I will say this: JB seems to mostly play players who are delivering. Yeah, Cedi is kind of an exception, but mostly he plays guys who contribute.
Be interested to see how Thomas copes with the role. I have no problem with effort being rewarded.

Welp, it was headed in that direction when I checked out. Sounds like a “meh” effort from the team for the entire second half. Disappointing.

Don’t even care if it was reckless. Tired of perimeter play. Of the league favoring perimeter play. This is soft. I don’t want the league to favor sub 6’4” players. My god what would have Iverson done to day? Absurd. Dame, Curry are about the only three point shooters that should be able to get off shots without hard closeouts. Why? Because they shoot from 30 feet, a la stories of Pistol Pete and Earl the Pearl.
I find modern NBA basketball nearly unwatchable. Regular season espicailly.
Tons of poor play. Lots of TOs. Horrid officiating and flopping. A glorified 3PT/flop contest with every team employing basically the same strategy and running that over and over, regardless of mismatches. Lots of standing while one guy dribbles for 20 seconds.
I will take 80s and 90s every time. Though the fight/foul rules back then were abused by some (Pistons).
Well yeah minus some of the extra curricular stuff. Don’t necessarily want to see people close-lining people on drives.
