Live Thread: Cavs @ Nets

The Cavs wrap up their Big Apple tour with a trip across the East River to take on the Brooklyn Nets in a game the good guys are heavily favored. The Nets are shamelessly tanking and looking for their first win, as are the Cavs. The Cavs will have to do without DeAndre Hunter who’s out again from his his preseason injury. DG and Strus is Loose are both out of course as well.
Tip off is scheduled for 7:30PM Eastern time and will broadcasted live on Fanduel Sports Network Ohio, Go Cavs!

The play from Wade and Merrill has been the most encouraging thing so far.
Spida is Spida. Mobes is Mobes. LNJ & Ball (despite not hitting shots) have been as expected. Allen showed up for Game 2.
CPJ had a pretty darn good game there. IMHO.
Tyson & Proctor are getting experience in non-garbage time and hopefully this helps them. But when Hunter/DG/Strus get back, their minutes will shrink.

you’ll take it. less clunky, Allen awake, Dean and Sam looking like better versions of themselves than last year, Lonzo and Nance being as advertised. Game never felt in danger.
We are clearly showing more effort in rebounding but it needs to be 48 minutes. Sam and Wade are hustling. Tyson wasn’t great but he did enough to stay on the floor.
Allen hustling hard. Good to see.
