Tonight the Cavs welcome the Miami Heat to the shores of Lake Erie for a major Eastern Conference battle between yet again two playoff teams from last season. The Heat have come roaring out of the gates with a 9-5 record, and will be looking to take advantage of a wounded and tired Cavs squad that was pushed to the brink last night against another Eastern Conference powerhouse in the Philadelphia 76ers. The Cavs will have to overcome the absences of Donovan Mitchell, Isaac Okoro, Ty Jerome, and probably Dean Wade, who rolled his ankle last night. Intrepid on-site reporting from Nate Smith says that Caris LeVert is looking good in warm-ups, so hopefully he’s got the green light. On the flip side, Miami will be missing the beloved Kevin Love and Bam Adebayo. Hopefully Tower City will be looking to feast tonight!
Tip off is scheduled for 7:30PM Eastern time and will be broadcasted live on Bally Sports Ohio, Go Cavs!

Observations from warmups: Mobley’s dip when he shoots is even worse in person. He throws his right elbow out too much and compensates by moving his righr hand left on the ball. God. If Mobley could turn his free throw shot into regular shot he’d be so much better. Caris looking good in warm-ups. Made like 12 straight threes once I started counting. God.
