The Cavs welcome the Phoenix Suns to the shores of Lake Erie in a massive clash of championship hopefuls. Unfortunately for the Cavs, they are without a bunch of key players. we might get back up — would be nice to take the Pacers and get the division tiebreaker on MIL, since MIL is at Sacto, home Philly, home Phx, away Boston this week. prefer health first but we might be in it for #2 in spite of ourselves.
I mean, he’s won us a good share of games. It is frustrating on these nights when the looks aren’t there for him, but the offense was flowing so well to get us back to even. Like, what the hell, man
Also, it’s not even close without his scoring in the first half. It’s mental, which I hope can be changed and formed into winning plays, but said the same last year too.
KD and Book been there a lot (Book a nine year vet, four or five years of playoffs). Gotta lose to learn how to win.

Honestly you cannot ttust darius at the end of a game yet. Get him off ball at the end its freaking insane how predictably bad it turns out when you give him the ball
if not for Darius we get obliterated. he earned the right to take the last shots / make the last plays. I’m fine with it as is literally every other team in the NBA who gives the best shotmaker the ball and lets them cook in crunch time.
They just choked up. Happens to us, happens against us. just ball.
always giving the pill to the best shotmaker at the end is only a good idea if the shotmaker is truely exceptional. DG ain’t there yet, and may never be.
Doesn’t get any easier with New Orleans on Wednesday.

great game, energy is way way better, but, this suns team is easy to defend. There role players know they can’t do anything and their star players need to do everything. just waiting for them to drive and collapse and just don’t overcommit on the 3 point line.
So far the Suns defense is like all star game defense
