The Cavs have another West coast game, but this won’t be the same team we have all grown accustomed to watching over the past two weeks. King James is finally returning to action. It has been rumored that he hasn’t felt himself all season. As of right now, it has not been rumored that the King will return and still be super frail. I’m taking that to mean that he will once again be the high flying, ball swatting, bag of basketball sexiness I witnessed during the first few years of his career. Yay, optimism. Nate has some thoughts on tonight’s game that can be found here.
Shawn Marion is also back tonight.
What are you predictions? I think the Cavs play competitively, but still lose, 107-110.

GOTTA GO BACK IN TIME but unfortunately… Does anyone know what the problem is to fix? Why this team can’t commit on the defensive end? Why Blatt’s play calling resembles Mike Brown’s more than Popovich’s? Why Kyrie + KLove + LBJ aren’t clicking? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?
18 points so far by the Suns this quarter. Defense is the key, but can’t start playing it in the 4th quarter. When the Cavs learn that they need to play defense the full 48 is when they are going to be ok.
If they can only play defense when Love is not on the court, I’m not sure that’s entirely OK.

I meant realistically, but yeah, that would be nice. Wish our owner and management could get the occasional thing right, and no I don’t count Lebrun coming back because I think that decision was lucked into/more about him.

JR Smith’s ability to catch and shoot makes him a so much better fit on this team than Dion. Smith is just a crazy shooter when he is feeling it. Dion always seemed to have to take a couple dribbles most of the time.
