Detroit drubbed the good guys 103-80 the 28th of December, and tonight Cleveland seeks revenge. Lots has happened for both teams since. Brandon Jennings was lost for the season to an achilles injury last week, and D.J. Augustin started in his stead on Sunday. He scored 35 in 37 minutes against the Raptors, with 77% True Shooting. So shutting him down is a priority. Detroit features balanced scoring (five guys average double features), a dynamic duo of Monroe and Drummond in the middle, glue guy Kyle Singler, and solid coaching from Stan Van Gundy. Hopefully, the Cavs are revenge minded and can shut down the Pistons in the Motor City. Go Cavs!
JR has made his first J, Love made his first trey, and Moz has his first two baskets. Way to get everybody going.

Not that it matters, but I really wish people would realize we essentially traded one pick for Mozgov, not three.
We got the other first from OKC and Griffin obviously had both deals in the works and knew it was going to take the OKC first rounders. Basically it was a pick we held onto for a few minutes.

That was Kyrie, and actually it was a good shot. We had alllll the numbers and the odds were that we’d grab the offensive board.
When Love shoots the ball with good trajectory (aka, actual arc), he’s MONEY.
Most the time, though, his shot looks really flat this year.

Definitely, LBJ has Singler or Tolliver on him, neither can guard him. Irving has size on DJ, make him play some D, hopefully neutralize the offense a little.
Not a great half from Kyrie on D, but yes both he and LBJ looked good on offense, especially when they decide to drive it right at the Pistons
To your point, it seems their best lineup was with Delly @ pg, and Irving at the 2.
Kyrie looked tired on defense to end the half. Augustin made him look silly and just blew by him the last 4 Pistons possessions.
Delly was +8 in 7 minutes and he played most of it without LeBron, my dear Cols.
