Live Thread: Trade Deadline Madness

There’s already been plenty of action and rumors of blockbuster trades leading up to the NBA’s annual trade deadline… which ends at 3pm EST today. While it’s hard to imagine a move that will eclipse Sunday’s Boogie-mageddon, there are still several marquee targets (PG-13, Jimmy Butler, Andre Drummond) and a host of complementary ones (Aaron Afflalo, Taj Gibson, Jahlil Okafor, PJ Tucker) being reportedly made available. Even the Cavs are in the rumor mix with several teams asking about the availability of Iman Shumpert, and reports of them making runs at PGs like Deron Williams and Shelvin Mack. They also had Larry Sanders in for a workout yesterday, but likely would hold off until after the deadline has passed (and maybe the buyout week that follows) to see if any other big men shake loose (Andrew Bogut anyone?).
