Thunder look healthyish? This is winnable but I bet SGA gets them.
sad.. NOMAD bro.. stay strong my friend.. we have good disappointment antibodies from our youth following the tribe (me in the mid-60s and the never-ending stench of dead fish, you, a little later, but still pretty stinky).. we can handle anything cleve sports sends our way..
Time for a time-honored spring Cavs tradition. Wins:
7 – Minny
8 – Detroit
———-
10 – CAVS, Wiz
11 – Hou
12 – OKC, Sac
13 – Orl, NO, Atl, Mia, Chi, Dal, Memphis
Little more variance this year with number of games played. Memphis with only 26. Some teams at 32.
I feel as this season goes on, I am becoming like the Cavs’ D–trying to stay engaged, but finding all sorts of distractions. I do disagree with those who believe this is a “subtle” tank. As Cavs fans, we might have insider eyes on what tanking looks like, but I almost believe Nance’s hand isn’t broken, and that the front office identified that his absence makes losing almost guaranteed. It’s similar to the Browns, good people can come and go, but can’t overcome the incompetence of the owner (without a once in a generation level talent). After the wins against the Nets there were reports from the Athletic that Koby had the go ahead to make moves in an effort to go all in. Obviously the wheels came off before anything… Read more »
bw.., no shot taken. I am an optimist in life, and I’d like to think in fandom as well. Your suggestion that this franchise is run like the old Browns is frightening. Maybe it is that simple, but they somehow manage to pull off a trade for Allen and Prince, and then somehow get worse. Correlation is not causation, and Allen has played as advertised, but if Koby was given the green light, why is he not at last signing some size to help the team now they are without much of it? Why did they trot out the jumbo… Read more »
