The drama that is the Cleveland Cavaliers continues even after a successful win against the Pacers. They couldn’t play any defense and LeBron had 11 turnovers for a rare quadruple double, but they still managed to pull out a victory, 115-108. Nonetheless, the issues have not disappeared and Isaiah Thomas doesn’t think he should shoulder the blame even though his defense is outrageously awful.
Sunday night’s match-up is against the Detroit Pistons who are struggling worse than the Cavs. With a 22-25 record, the Pistons are losers of their last seven straight games. No one’s been traded and there hasn’t been much noise on that front lately so it appears all of the Cavaliers are available tonight except Dwayne Wade. As usual, I expect Cleveland to play down to their opponents and make this a much closer game then usual. Go Cavs!
Sorry Wade and DRose but LBJ + shooters= great offense.

I get that this Cavs team is not a great defensive team, but there is absolutely no reason they need to be rock bottom…someone’s head needs to roll…part of it is effort, but part of it is scheme, too…

Cavs best defensive play of the quarter ( a missed Kyle singer layup) sparks a Cleveland run including a couple signs of life from Isaiah.
At least Lue’s lineups are making more sense these last 2 games – IT getting free reign to do whatever he wants on offense without LBJ/Love out there
But with Korver AND Frye out there so some more open driving lanes for IT
