Live Thread: Bucks @ Cavs
2022-01-26Tonight is a big one folks, the Milwaukee Bucks arrive at the shores of Lake Erie to take on the Cavs in a massive Eastern Conference/Central Division tilt. The Cavs will face a tough task taking on the reigning NBA champs given all of the injury trouble. The Bucks will have their big three and will be looking to assert their dominance in the second half of the season to make a run for the top seed in the playoffs.
The Cavs should get back Jarrett Allen after a brief absence, so the Cavs will just be without Ricky Rubio, Collin Sexton, and Lauri Markkanen.
So what can the Cavs do to make it a game? They will probably have to ugly the game up with their defense, which the Cavs have successfully shown the past couple of games. But the Bucks are obviously a completely different challenge than the Knicks or Thunder. If they can keep it close in the fourth and find some magic with DG? They’ve got a shot!
Tip of is scheduled for 7:00PM ET and will be broadcasted on Bally Sports Ohio/Great Lakes, GO CAVS!
Chris Lyden’s point about KLove not caring and just shooting over people: It’s the polar opposite of what he used to do. Back in ’16 and for 5 years after, he would pull out of his shot if anyone closed out on him. Super frustrating.
He’s such a pro now. He’ll wait for his guy to sail past, look down, bounce and centre himself and try again. He is so much more confident in himself, you can tell that the palpable anxiety that existed previously just does not exist anymore.

legit teams are starting to find out this Cavs team plays hard and they’re also good. Giannis hinted at that post game…yah Cavs crushed them in last matchup but no real starters played….Bucks probably thought they were going to romp after being up 15 at one point…then Cavs easily answered back. One major difference in good way is the guys play within themselves and each other…very little hero ball…only one who would do it might be Garland but he’s backed off of that lately…also Love resurgence and actually giving a shit is a huge boost…Cedi playing within his role more… Read more »

Miller Lite or Michelob. Do they still make Michelob?
I’m not going to claim that it’s a great beer, but I’ve been back to Coors Lite the last couple of years. Just an easy beer to drink.
