Today at Waiting for Next Year, Scott Sargent moves #CavsRank into the Top Ten.  World B. Free served up high scoring for the Cavs from the early to mid-198o’s.

Newsflash: World B should B higher – he’s the only reason CLE still has professional Basketball. Without Free, Stepien moves the team to Toronto and they become the the Toronto Towers (this was pre-Raptors days, boys) – Instead, Free rescued the Cavs and the Gund Bro’s bought the Cavs from the hideous grips of Ted Stepien. Without World B. Free the Cavs woulda be gone fer sure. More of a savior of Cavs B-ball than anyone drafted in 2003 ever was! Thanks for all the memories Mr. Free! Top 3 in my book!

World was great , he lit up Cleveland for awhile , his shots were deadly and like a scud would take a long time to reach the rim. He is one of my favorite players that wore Cavs uni. That is just my opinion. Go Cavs

Boobie was 25.

#25 – Daniel “Boobie” Gibson – Six #CavsRankers put Boobie in the top twenty, peaking with Patrick Elder at #13. He played nearly 400 regular season games in the Wine & Gold, and also 50 in the playoffs. His efforts in the 2007 run to the NBA Finals were awesome, and he drained the third most three pointers in Cavalier history.
