After a frenetic trade deadline which saw 9% of the NBA moved, David Wood, Mallory Factor, and I answered the call of the CtB staffer’s conch, and assembled to podcast. We discuss trade day winners and losers, how Thursday’s trades effect the Cavs, our predictions for the the rest of the regular season, and Kevin Love’s highly retouched GQ cover. Also, included on this podcast is a fun episode of, “Story Time with Mallory.” We approach each subject with our brand of somewhat detail-oriented analysis and late night punchiness. i think a first round matchup vs the wiz would be a lot of fun, and bring back some good memories. it’d be a good way to get our feet wet, not too easy, not impossibly difficult

Bulls lost tonight to Detroit. We are 1/2 game behind Chicago for the 3 seed.

Love CAVS the Mofo Blog… In your face… Like I said… Chris Grant should have been executed for drafting Waiters over Drummond… BUT… I love my CAVS now even though Grant used buffoonery to get us here. Cavs score 30 points in the 4th with the starters on the bench much of the way.
They almost scored 30 in every quarter… 29 in the third…

The Wiz look awful.
The crowd is quiet. I love to beat other teams down on the road. This will have an intimidating affect at playoff time.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see him really blossom into the great role player he’s supposed to be. In New York, because it’s New York, people expected him to be much better than he was and I think the media pressure was probably overbearing for him. But in Cleveland, there’s no real national media attention on him.
12 pts (3-6 on threes), 4 rebs, 2 ast, 3 steals, and 1 block is pretty awesome for a role player. Love it!
