Live Thread: Cavs @ Clippers
2019-03-30The Cavaliers faced the Clippers just over a week ago. The result was a down-to-the-wire loss by two points after Jordan Clarkson heaved a long three that rimmed out at the buzzer. Ultimately, that was the kind of loss that works for this Cleveland team as they try to maintain a bottom three record for draft purposes. I expect a similar result this afternoon as this game takes place in sunny Southern California. Our own EvilGenius is in attendance so here’s to hoping he gets to watch an exciting match as the Clippers vie for playoff positioning and the Cavs look to continue developing as they keep Tryin’ for Zion. As always, Go Cavs!

Insane game
That’s my alma mater, so it’s a happy day for this Cavs fan!
Really well coached. The team rarely does stupid stuff (which is very refreshing as a fan, cf. my other beloved Cavs team, at times). Lockdown defense. Players are unflappable under pressure. Coach made decent adjustments throughout the game.
Great game played by two teams who were playing to their potential. Cliche but it’s a shame one team had to lose.
I wouldn’t mind seeing a few of those Cavs in a Cavs uniform someday.
This game is insane… Hunter riding the pine during the most crucial stretch of the game. Carson Edwards going HAM. And a buzzer beater to send it into overtime.
Imagine the crap the Cavs would have received if they actively tanked last year rather than making some trades and making the Finals. And imagine if they had shut down Lebron at this point in the year. The snark would have buried the Rockies.

Larry Drew gonna keep Sexton and Cedi on the bench just long enough to cool them off so we dont win. Hard to cheer for this team in the 4th quarter
