Live Thread: Cavs vs. Magic
2019-11-27So Kevin Love is playing tonight as far as I know (listed as questionable as of this morning). Vucevic is out for the Magic with an ankle sprain, as are Aaron Gordon and Michael Carter-Williams. The Cavs will take on recently minted starter Markelle Fultz and hopefully help keep the Magic’s three game losing streak going.
Garland is terrible at the moment. Should ot be starting.
turnovers killed this team, but there were so many missed wide open and/or open shots by this team. Outside of maybe Garland and McKinnie what other player can consistently hit a 3…Cedi is dime a dozen, Love has his moments, Nance had 1 game, Clarkson is a mirage. Cavs have no really good shooters who can confidently knock them down. Garland should be that person but he looks afraid to shoot. Thoughts. Stream behind. Midway thru second qtr. Garland has made some shots and I like that he is willing to pass, but he has little understanding of angles or how to counter height. Not surprisingly he gets himself in trouble too often when drives are stopped and ends up throwing passes easy to pick off. On d he has been like bath tissue.
