Live Thread: Bulls @ Cavs
2023-02-11Good evening CtB!
The Cavs welcome the Chicago Bulls to the shores of Lake Erie for a classic Central Division showdown. The Cavs are attempting to extend their win streak to six games, second best in the Association to the Milwaukee Bucks. To do so, they will have to beat a perfectly mediocre Bulls team wallowing at the bottom of the play-in standings. The bigger question for the Cavs is how dead are those legs after last night in New Orleans? Also, does J.B. Bickerstaff decide to go eight-deep or will Raul Neto, Lamar Stevens, or dare I say Kevin Love make an appearance? #FREENETO #FREELOVE
Interestingly, the stats on the Bulls tell a different story than what one might think about this current version of the Bulls. In spite of the “offense-only” guys such as DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine grabbing the headlines for the Bulls, they are actually winning with a top 10 defense and a bottom 10 offense. They don’t move the ball that well and they don’t crash the glass. It’ll be interesting to see how the Cavs cover DDR and Zach, do they just stay home and make them shoot or do they flash a double and force a pass?
Tip off is scheduled for 8:00PM Eastern time and will be broadcasted live on Bally Sports Ohio/Great Lakes, Go Cavs!

Celtics beat Grizz. No Brown, Smart, or Brodgon for Boston. Tatum does not have a FG in the 2nd half, and they win anyway. No Adams for Memphis. White and Hauser both over 20 pts, Muscala in double figures. They are sooooo deep.
