Live Thread: Cavs vs Timberwolves
2024-03-08Happy Friday, Cavs fans. Cleveland will be without Evan Mobley, Donovan Mitchell, Max Strus, and TY Jerome. Somehow (even though sports gambling is a scourge) the Cavs are 2.5 point favorites, mainly because the Wolves are on a back-to-back amd Anthony Edwards is a game time decisions, and Karl Anthony-Towns tore his meniscus in the last week. Monte Morris is also out and Jordan Mclaughlin is also questionable. Meanwhile…
I hate this lineup. Let’s hope Damian Jones has his warmups on. Oh. And this just in, ANT is playing. Go Cavs.

Good to win over the celts. Garland tried to lose this one down the stretch with poor decision making on when and where to pass and when to shoot.
When will the caps come out? Do y’all need extra help? Empower a few of us trolls to write up something for a short recap if so desired. I understand everyone’s busy but sometimes it’s nice to have a cap after one of the best wins of the season.

Nice game! I really love Garland and think he’s growing. Just wish that some of the actions were snappier on offense and we got more open jumpers but very impressed by the passes and forays into the paint to loosen up the defense at the last moment to allow for an easier scoring opportunity.
Thought it was a good game plan and well played, overall. Fun year!
