The Cavs are in the Twin Cities for a big time East vs. West showdown against the Minnesota Timberwolves, led by Anthony Edwards. These are the dog days of the season, and the Cavs have just begun perhaps the hardest part of their schedule until the All Star Break. The actual season begins now… let’s see how the good guys handle it.
Tip off is scheduled for 9:00PM Eastern time and will be broadcasted live on Fanduel Sports Network, Go Cavs!

the “Times of India” has some interesting stuff on US sports. today I found out that Deven Booker is the Sun’s primary ballcarrier, and the Cavs defense is unusually calm.

Watching a bit of Charge on NBATV, trailing the Motor City Cruise in the second half. Did not know that Lamar Stevens was a Detroit G-leaguer. When will JB be tempted to have him promoted?
Cedi Osman, Dylan Windler, Raul Neto, Robin Lopez, Damian Jones, elder Mobley (among others). Rooted for them, but they are not missed.
The set up at Public Hall looks pretty cool. Maybe I catch a Charge game when next in town.

I thought Oman, Neto, and Damian Jones were somewhat useful. Windler is Glass Joe, Lopez was old, and elder Mobley is not an NBA quality player.

I don’t see the Rockets going from a non-playoff team to a finals contender. I could see them getting bounced in the first round.

We had no business losing to minny. They are a shell of the thing they were last season. But having to fight through their effort was important…even on a the 2nd night of a back to back. Ty Jerome needs to be in Cleveland for a long time. He is like Delly with +5 attack skills.
Cavs can’t lose him. They need to find a way!!
??? We were on the road missing our 2nd best player, losing to Minny wouldn’t have been a surprise in the least.
This was a good win, one of the better ones of the season… not something that should’ve been expected.
Normally I’d agree but Minny is absolutely the softest team in the playoff picture and on th 2nd night of a back to back. I expect us to compete for a title now. Not responding after the loss would have been pretty surprising if we are who we want to be.
