The Cavs are on the banks of the East River to take on the shamelessly tanking Brooklyn Nets for a Sunday matinee. The good guys are looking to get right after their tough overtime loss to the #1 seed Detroit Pistons. Looks like the Cavs may have James Harden and Keon Ellis available.
Tip off is scheduled for 3:30PM Eastern time and will be broadcasted live on Fanduel Sports Network, Go Cavs!

recall first having to slide my foot back and forth. that was too hard, so some slick cardboard from a cerial box provided some under the heel slippage
no doubt you got exercises to do the first couple days when you can’t get out of bed. since you can’t go anywhere anyway, might as well do them all day long.
Sounds like DG is expected to play tonight for the Clips.
Cavs bugaboos: TOs, defensive glass, defending 3PT, clutch time/bright light choking.
1st & 4th in play tonight, slong with playing like crap on Sunday afternoons.
Still, Harden & Ellis were able to contribute with their broken hands. 5 blocks & 3 steals for Keon and a nice night (TOs aside) for Harden at the point. Mobley had another good game, as did JA. That is a good sign. Schröder even shot efficiently.
But man, do we stink in the clutch.
We’re getting boned: yes, of course you should make all
FTs in clutch (spoiler alert: no one does), but we had at least 3 turnovers resulting from ref error in clutch time – the 8s call Sunday, two in Detroit).
Without those it’s fine. We were awesome in clutch last year with DG and it didn’t matter in May. It’s just a few games. Hopefully we settle on a closing lineup and it gets smoother.

I’m not seeing this one, but based on last game, I think if those two are together CPJ has to be the PG. But also, yes, we just closed the era of two 6’2 and under guards playing together a lot; why resurrect it with two less talented small guards?
It is easier to get away with in bench rotations.
The team roster is flawed, we have a too many at 6’5 & under and too few bigger. And a lot of the bigger guys are hurt (Wade) or marginally rotation level guys (Tomlin, Bryant, Nance). Plus Strus & DM are out.
Thus, CPJ, Schröder, & Ellis get a lot of burn. Even Proctor.
